Follow this easy tips to keep your activewear in shape:

• Turn your activewear inside out
• Wash your activewear in no more than 30/40 degrees celsius
• Don’t use softener, it weakens the compression in the material
• Do not use tumledryer or a drying cabinet, let your activewear hang dry
• A good tip is to use a washing bag to protect your clothes from other garments with hard parts or with Velcro.
